Swim at iconic Manly beach if inclined and enjoy a restaurant lunch overlooking the sparkling sea at Manly.

Route includes some short, steep ascents and descents requiring good general fitness. Good cycling skills required to ride safely in an urban environment. Bikes suitable for those over 150 cms in height.
